2 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves minced
1 yellow onion diced
1/2 cup finely diced peppers
1/2 cup tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 medium head cauliflower, trimmed and florets seperated
1/2 tsp black pepper
sea salt to taste

Add cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until the consistency of rice.
A grater can also be used (using the small holes) - do not seperate cauliflower before grating
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium low heat
Saute onion and peppers until tender, about 10min
Add red pepper flakes and garlic and saute one additional minute
Add rice cauliflower to skillet, cover and cook until tender approx 5min.
Add black pepper, toss to combine with cauliflower
Remove from heat and serve immediately
